Luna Virtual Partners Terms of Service
Welcome to Luna Virtual Partners! By purchasing our services, you agree to the following legally binding Terms of Service. These terms are designed to protect both parties and ensure transparency in our business relationship.
1. Service Overview
Luna Virtual Partners provides virtual assistant and call center brokering services on a subscription basis. Clients receive access to remote agents based on their selected plan. Services are rendered remotely, and no physical presence is required for execution.
2. Billing & Payment
All services are billed on a flat-rate subscription model.
Payment is required in full and upfront for the selected billing period.
We use Stripe as our payment processor for secure transactions.
Clients authorize automatic recurring payments as part of their subscription agreement.
Failure to make payment may result in immediate suspension or termination of services.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Clients may cancel their subscription at any time through their account dashboard or by contacting us.
No refunds will be issued for payments already made. Services remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
Clients are responsible for canceling their subscription before the next billing cycle to avoid further charges.
In cases of chargebacks or disputed payments, services will be suspended immediately until resolution, and the client may be subject to legal action and collection fees.
4. Service Availability & Agent Replacement
We will make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain service continuity.
If an assigned agent is terminated or leaves, we will provide a qualified replacement at no additional cost.
Luna Virtual Partners is not liable for service disruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, or third-party provider issues.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate and complete onboarding information.
Clients must comply with all applicable federal, state, and international laws when using our services.
Clients are strictly prohibited from using our services for illegal, fraudulent, or unethical activities.
Any misuse or violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of service without refund.
6. Taxes & Compliance
Clients are responsible for all applicable taxes related to their jurisdiction.
Luna Virtual Partners does not act as an employer or handle employment taxes for clients.
Any tax implications of using our services are solely the client’s responsibility.
7. Limitation of Liability
Luna Virtual Partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
We make no guarantees regarding specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or operational efficiency.
Our total liability, under any circumstances, shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for services in the last three (3) months.
8. Confidentiality & Data Protection
We take client confidentiality seriously and implement security measures to protect client information.
Luna Virtual Partners is not responsible for breaches due to client negligence, third-party vendors, or force majeure events.
9. Modifications to Terms
Luna Virtual Partners reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time.
Clients will be notified of any material changes via email or our website. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of the State of Wyoming.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Wyoming, with the client waiving the right to a jury trial or class action lawsuit.
11. Agreement to Terms
By checking the box during checkout, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these legally binding Terms of Service.
